Exchange - 
     Make sure of the size or artwork you are buying. The exchange will only be made if the product has a manufacturing defect, and if the size is not the correct size you ordered, we will not give you a different artwork that you have not previously ordered. We will only offer you another one if we don't have the same art available, and if you don't accept it, you'll get your money back.

Article 49 of Law No. 8078 - 
    Art. 49. The consumer may withdraw from the contract, within 7 days from its signature or from the act of receiving the product or service, whenever the contracting for the supply of products and services takes place outside the commercial establishment, especially by telephone. or at home.
